In May 2022, Insight unveiled our new headquarters, Insight Way. The new workplace uses technology to drive sustainability and facilitate hybrid work and collaboration for a positive employee experience.
The new building represents the 30-year journey that Insight has taken. It was designed to meet the demands of tomorrow and the future of work — influenced by the vast and unpredictable changes the whole world experienced.
The quest of building Insight Way was not just to create a workspace that is more productive, efficient and work-culture friendly. Leadership aimed to create a real-life place where people would want to work, collaborate and inspire each other.
The 200,000-square-foot building features 83 meeting spaces with digital smart boards, ad hoc conference booking, writable walls to facilitate hybrid meetings and small-group focus rooms.
The design of Insight Way was motivated by Insight’s obsession with customer experience and a deep understanding of technology. Planned around networking and movement, the building promotes teamwork and collaboration.
The building can cater to employee needs, ranging from traditional workstations to plug-and-play hotel desks.
Ample natural light and over 1,000 plants and trees improve air quality and help reduce fatigue.
Although designed for employees, Insight Way shows a commitment to using intelligent solutions to drive energy efficiency and sustainability.
Insight Way is a Gold LEED-certified headquarters, which uses innovative features to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint.
The building generates 80% of its energy consumption during peak hours via solar-panel-covered parking and has 100% LED lighting, reducing electricity consumption and promoting efficiency.
Window shutters open and close based on sun/UV intensity, and an HVAC ionization system helps purify the air by deactivating airborne pollutants.
Staying true to our sustainability mission, Insight Way also uses dishwashers that reduce water consumption by 75%, saving 20 gallons of water per cycle.
Those visiting the global headquarters will be welcomed by an entirely automated check-in process. After that, a standing showroom provides an interactive experience with energy management solutions.
This showroom enables Insight to demonstrate to clients how they can use intelligent solutions. This includes building automation to reduce energy consumption, maintenance costs and environmental impact — all of which resonate with the values of conscious consumers.
Insight Way also fosters a healthy working environment for its employees. The site provides a coffee shop, full-service cafeteria, health clinic, fitness facility and mother’s rooms.
